Part Two: Data Entry and Editing Project RecordsLogging In to the ODA Database as an AdministratorTo connect to the ODA Database, enter the URL http://odacambodia.com into your web browser. The first screen of the ODA Database application is the Log-in Screen. To log-in as a Development Partner or Administrator, select the "Development Partner" icon on the log-in screen (Figure 6).
