Project
records are
maintained
by the
development
partners.
Records
should
be
maintained by
whoever
is
most
able
to
provide
the
information
that
is
required
regarding
project
details,
financial
data
(budget
and
disbursements), and
qualitative
information.
This may
be
an
individual
working in
the
donor
organisation, or
with
the
implementing
partner.
In
some
cases,
different
individuals
and/or
organisations
may
take
responsibility
for
maintaining different
parts
of
the
project
record.
In
the
case
of
a
co-funded
project,
the
implementing
partner
may take
responsibility
for
ensuring
that
details
related
to
total
commitments are recorded accurately
and
comprehensively. -
