The
"List of
Projects"
in
the
menu
bar
(the
area
marked
"4" in
Figure
2)
can
be
used
to
quickly
select the
whole
list
of
projects
(sorted
by
category
of development
partner).
They
can then
be
filtered
by
donor
and
by status
so
that
data
on a
particular
donor can be
extracted
more
easily
(see
Figure 4).

The user
can
then
scroll
through
the
records
using the
"next
/
last"
bars
at
the
top
and
bottom
of
the
page.
Project
records
can
also
be
printed by
selecting
the
print
